Shipping & Delivery
Each piece in this collection is created by hand, in limited editions - made with care and never rushed. Because of this, works can sell quickly, and I'd hate for you to miss out on something that speaks to you. If a piece catches your eye, I recommend securing it sooner rather than later.
Below you'll find a guide with general information, shipping options and delivery timeframes.
General
You'll receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing your order - it's always worth a quick double check!
If you need to update your address after placing an order, you can do so by reaching out to me directly at studio@christinaannasperber.com with your name and order number.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, address details can no longer be altered. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping at the standard postage rate will be the responsibility of the collector.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included in the price of all original artworks.
Germany:
Original artworks shipped within Germany are delivered stretched and framed, as shown in the artwork description.
Each work is carefully packed and shipped with appropriate protection for its size and materials.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for preparation and delivery.
EU & International
For deliveries outside Germany, original artworks are shipped unstretched and unframed, carefully rolled in a protective shipping tube.
Rolling the canvas is the safest and most efficient way to transport larger original artworks internationally and significantly reduces the risk of damage during transit.
Once received, the artwork can be professionally re-stretched and framed locally according to your space and preferences.
International rolled shipping is included in the artwork price.
If you would prefer to receive an artwork stretched or framed outside Germany, please get in touch before purchasing. A custom shipping quote can be arranged depending on the destination and size of the artwork.
Important Information for International Collectors —
Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs fees or other charges may apply upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the artwork price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs regulations vary by country, I recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing.
Order & Delivery Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your artwork has been dispatched.
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
If you need to update your delivery details, please contact studio@christinaannasperber.com as soon as possible. Once an artwork has been dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
If an artwork is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs for resending the artwork may apply.
Damaged Artwork
Every artwork is carefully packed for transport. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the artwork, the packaging and any visible damage and contact studio@christinaannasperber.comas soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as this may be required for the shipping insurance claim.
Lost Parcels
All artworks are shipped with tracking.
If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact studio@christinaannasperber.com.
I will contact the shipping provider and assist with the investigation.
Studio Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment from the studio at:

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork.
To request a return, please contact studio@christinaannasperber.com before sending the artwork back. The artwork must be returned securely and appropriately packaged. The direct cost of returning the artwork is the responsibility of the collector.
For full details regarding your statutory right of withdrawal, return conditions and applicable exclusions, please refer to the Right of Withdrawal page.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to damaged or defective goods.
Please note: Commissioned or individually customised artworks are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
