The Inner Shift

Over several months, these works emerged from a personal process of searching and change. Only in retrospect did I begin to see what connected them: an exploration of home — not as a physical place, but as an inner state.

The collection reflects those periods that ask us to pause, look more closely, and meet ourselves honestly. It explores the realization that belonging, safety, and the feeling of having arrived cannot be found solely in the outside world.

The Inner Shift describes this movement inward: from asking, What needs to change around me for me to feel at home? to What can I create within myself to feel at home in who I am?

Through abstract, tactile compositions, I translate this process into color, material, and form. Natural mineral structures meet intuitive gestures and layered surfaces. Each work carries a fragment of this transformation — a moment of clarity, a sense of stillness, a reminder of what it means to arrive.

A fragment of home.
